Our School Leader’s Guide is focused on how to implement student-first practices to enable student enrichment and prosperity. We also feature a self-study toolkit for teachers seeking development in their own prosperity-based practices.

Our Curriculum provides school leaders the necessary tools to deliver a full year (12 modules) of quality professional learning. Each research-based session includes comprehensive lesson plans for leaders to build and sustain an at-promise mindset. Created using field-tested best practices for professional development, educators will collaborate, receive practical classroom strategies, and grapple with the challenges required to create equitable, At-Promise systems for all students.

Due to overwhelming requests from educators passionate about engaging in this work of equity, we created this book for practitioners who understand the importance of creating classrooms of prosperity and are committed to beginning that journey today. Teachers are encouraged to form professional learning teams to embark upon this journey.
