Our program provides school leaders the necessary tools to deliver a full year (12 total modules) of high-quality professional learning. Each research-based session includes comprehensive lesson plans for leaders to build and sustain an At-Promise mindset across entire school systems. From Risk to Promise was created using field-tested best practices for educator professional development. As a result, we support educators to collaborate, receive practical classroom strategies, and grapple with the challenges required to create equitable, At-Promise systems for all students.

At Scholar System, we know nothing will change systemically until classroom practice changes. Through each session, participants identify their own core beliefs and consider how these beliefs translate into action. Educators are guided to analyze how every action impacts individual students, the classroom, and the community.
